Cancellation policy
31 days cancellation guarantee, from 30 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee and from 6 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee.
Final cleaning
For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge 80.- € per stay.
Local tax
The local tax is levied independently of the apartment price and serves to maintain the infrastructure in the Ötztal. The local tax amounts currently to 4,00 € per adult per night - from 01.11.2025 the local tax amounts to 5,00 € per adult per night. Children up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are not liable to pay the tax.
Check-In
The apartment is available from 04:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-Out
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:30 a.m.
Deposit
For your stay in the Apartment Fernzeit we charge you 100.- € deposit.
Parking
There are two parking spaces free of charge directly in front of the house.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
House rules
Our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. In the spirit of self-responsibility, we ask for a quiet behaviour between 23:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m.
Payment
You can pay for your vacation stay in advance by bank transfer or directly on site in cash.
